• You can contribute up to 100% of your salary to your retirement savings, not to exceed the maximum allowed by the IRS.
• You can increase or decrease your contribution rate monthly.
• You can discontinue contributions to your retirement savings plan at any time. The effective date of the changes occurs as soon as administratively possible
• Employee Contributions Eligibility and Entry Requirements: You are eligible for and may enter the Plan immediately upon your date of hire. The Plan includes an automatic enrollment feature for employees hired on or after 01/01/09. Unless you opt-out by the first payroll occurring 30 days after your date of hire, Bentonville Public Schools will withhold 1% of your salary to contribute to the Plan.
